FB650A automatic book style box assembling machine is an upgrading model of FB1000 assembling machine. The machine has four units, including case feeder, gluer, box spotter and folder which can automatically feed the case, spray glue on the case, feed the box and position box on the case, and finally fold the case on the box. The whole line only needs two workers which is effectively replacing manual production, and greatly improving production efficiency and quality of finished boxes. It is widely used to make high grade book style box, such as the cosmetic box, wine box, smartphone box, chocolate box, cwigawroengtwrtdeapbaco.ckamogxe., jewelry box etc.

Features:

1. Nonstop case feeder and stacker.

2. Case is sucked down from the bottom of stacker and convoyed into the main machine by vacuum belt. No scratches.

3. The glue gun is installed on the guide and driven by servo motor. The movement is accurate.

4. Use pressure sensitive adhesive for gluing. The thickness of glue line is adjustable.

5. The box is automatic gripped and positioned on the case.

6. The case is corrected the position before positioning the box. Accuracy +/-0.2mm.

7. The folding device can turn the case up and press the bottom and side of box at same time which make the pasting tight and firm.

8. The case stacker and box conveyor is on same side which takes less space and only needs one worker.

9. It adopts the PLC system, five servo motors and numerical adjustment which make the operation friendly and easy.

10. With safety cover meets the CE Standard.
